Coach Ben Schoenbachler is entering his second season with the Dolphins, having come on board with Coaches Foggin back in 2011. He quickly became a fixture in the Dolphins Diving Well, and his swimmers there notched tremendous improvement over the course of the 2011 season.

Coach Ben has a broad background in athletics, having played soccer, tennis, baseball and basketball as a child. He started swimming at age five, and began competing year round when he was fourteen. After a successful high school career swimming for Coach Humphrey Frasier of the Summit Swim Team (Snellville, GA), Coach Ben then moved to North Carolina, where he was a four year letterman at the Wingate University swim team. Duing his time there he earned All-America honors and was instrumental in the success of the program.

In his work with ABSC, Coach Ben has primary responsiblity for assisting with the Dawgs group, though he has helped out in every facet of the team. Coach Benhas just completed a Masters Degree in Public Health from the University of Georgia.
